1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms govern the relationship between the client and NEBO regarding courses, workshops, studio memberships, trial sessions, performances, events, and private or corporate services.

1.2. Any purchase, registration, payment, or participation in NEBO activities constitutes full agreement to these Terms.

1.3. NEBO reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time. The binding version is the one published on the website at the time of engagement.

2. General Payment Terms

2.1. Payments may be made via the website, bank transfer, credit card, or other payment methods determined by NEBO.

2.2. The client is required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when placing an order.

3. Educational Process and Learning Outcomes

3.1. NEBO programs are based on the sequential progression of themes, practices, and educational stages.

3.2. In the event of missed classes, NEBO cannot guarantee full participation in the educational process or the expected learning outcome.

4. Studio Membership — Participation and Payment Terms

4.1. General Terms

Participation is based on a monthly membership subscription.

The program is designed as a one-year format with the possibility to continue participation afterward.

The minimum participation period is 6 months.

A trial class is paid separately and is not included in the membership subscription.

4.2. Membership Start Date and Monthly Charges

Monthly charges are processed automatically once per month using the client’s payment method.

The first membership month begins on the date of payment, regardless of the actual date of the first attended class.

Future billing dates are determined by NEBO and are generally linked to the date of the first class included in the membership.

NEBO reserves the right to adjust billing dates when necessary.

4.3. Membership Cancellation

To cancel a membership, the client must notify NEBO administration at least one membership period prior to the next scheduled monthly charge.

If notice is provided later than the required period, the next monthly charge will be processed automatically.

After completing the minimum participation period, the client may discontinue participation at the end of the paid membership period.

4.4. Internal Regulations

NEBO reserves the right to limit or terminate participation in cases of violation of internal regulations or behavior that disrupts the professional, creative, or respectful atmosphere of the group.

4.5. Missed Classes

Classes missed by the client for personal reasons or reasons unrelated to NEBO are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Classes canceled by NEBO or due to force majeure circumstances, including military situations or other extraordinary circumstances beyond NEBO’s control, may be rescheduled or refunded at NEBO’s discretion.

5. Courses and Workshops

5.1. Participation in a course or workshop may be canceled up to 7 days prior to the start date for a full refund.

5.2. Cancellation less than 7 days but more than 48 hours before the start date will result in a 50% refund.

5.3. Cancellation less than 48 hours before the start date is non-refundable.

5.4. After attending a trial session and completing payment for a full course, cancellation is not permitted.

5.5. Reservation of a Place

A place in a course or masterclass is reserved only upon full payment.

Verbal confirmation, correspondence, or preliminary reservation without payment do not constitute confirmed registration.

5.6. Early Registration Pricing

NEBO may offer special early registration pricing for selected courses, programs, and masterclasses.

Early registration pricing is valid:

— until the official course start date is announced;

— or within 48 hours after attending a trial class, unless otherwise specified by NEBO.

After this period, the full participation fee applies.

5.7. Missed Classes

Classes missed by the client for personal reasons or reasons unrelated to NEBO are not subject to rescheduling, compensation, or refund.

In certain cases, subject to technical and organizational availability, NEBO may offer an alternative option for making up a missed class. Such options remain entirely at NEBO’s discretion and do not constitute an obligation.

6. Trial Sessions

6.1. Status of a Trial Session

A trial session is considered a separate service and is not included in any membership, course, or service package unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

6.2. Trial Class Payment and Reservation

A trial class is paid separately and in full, regardless of whether it is conducted as:

— a group or individual session;

— a studio class, course, or any other NEBO service.

A place in a trial class is reserved only upon full payment.

Verbal confirmation, correspondence, or preliminary agreement without payment do not constitute confirmed registration.

The number of places in trial classes is limited and depends on current group formation.

If payment has not been completed, the selected place is not reserved and may be assigned to another client.

Registration for a trial class is possible no later than 24 hours before the class begins, subject to availability.

6.3. Relation to Membership or Course

Payment for a trial session:

• is not deducted from the cost of a membership or course;

• does not affect the membership start date;

• is not considered a session included in the membership.

6.4. No-Show and Cancellation Policy

Failure to attend a trial session without at least 24 hours’ prior notice shall be considered full use of the service and does not entitle the client to a refund, credit, or rescheduling.

Requests to cancel or reschedule a trial session may be considered only if submitted at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability and at NEBO’s sole discretion.

6.5. Continuation of Participation

Following the trial session, the client may decide whether to continue with the program and arrange participation in accordance with these Terms.

If the new date is unsuitable, the client may contact NEBO regarding a possible refund.

9. Changes to Service Conditions

9.1. NEBO reserves the right to change the date, time, location, or format of classes, events, courses, masterclasses, and performances, including transferring activities from offline to online formats or making other organizational adjustments necessary for providing the service.

9.2. Clients will be notified of such changes no later than 48 hours before the beginning of the relevant activity or service.
