Terms of Use and Purchase – NEBO
These Terms and Conditions regulate the use, purchase, payment, and cancellation policies for all services provided by
NEBO – House of Performing Arts (hereinafter: “NEBO”).

1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms govern the relationship between the client and NEBO with regard to the purchase of courses, workshops, studio memberships, event tickets, performances, and services for private and corporate clients.
1.2. Any purchase, registration, or participation in NEBO activities constitutes full agreement to these Terms.
1.3. NEBO reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time. The binding version is the one published on the website at the time of engagement.

2. General Payment Terms
2.1. Payments may be made via the website, bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as determined by NEBO.
2.2. The client is required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when placing an order.

3. Studio Membership – Payment and Cancellation Terms
3.1. Monthly Membership Fee
Participation in the studio on a regular basis is subject to a fixed monthly membership fee, valid through July (inclusive).
3.2. Start Date of Membership and Monthly Charges
The first month of the membership begins on the date of payment, regardless of the date of the first actual class attendance.
Monthly charges are processed once per month via the client’s credit card.
The dates of subsequent charges are determined by the studio and are generally aligned with the date of the first class included in the membership, and may be adjusted manually if necessary.
A trial class, paid separately, is not considered part of the membership and does not affect the start date of the membership period.
3.3. Membership Cancellation
Membership may be cancelled with at least one month’s prior notice.
Cancellation requests will be accepted no later than April (inclusive).
After this date, the membership cannot be terminated until the end of the commitment period.
3.4. Absences and Class Cancellations
• Classes missed by the participant due to personal reasons or by their own initiative are non-refundable and will not be deducted from the monthly fee.
• Classes cancelled by the studio, or due to security situations, force majeure, or extraordinary circumstances beyond the participant’s control, will be rescheduled or refunded at the discretion of the studio.

4. Courses and Workshops
4.1. Participation in a course or workshop may be cancelled up to 7 days prior to the start date for a full refund.
4.2. Cancellation less than 7 days but more than 48 hours before the start of a course or workshop will result in a 50% refund.
4.3. Cancellation less than 48 hours before the start of a course or workshop is non-refundable.
4.4. After attending a trial session and completing payment for a full course, cancellation will not be permitted.

5. Trial Sessions
5.1. Status of a Trial Session
A trial session is considered a separate service (a separate product) and is not included in any membership, course, or service package, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
5.2. Payment for a Trial Session
A trial session is subject to a separate and full payment, regardless of whether it is conducted as:
• a group or private session;
• part of a studio program, course, or any other NEBO service.
5.3. Relation to Membership or Course
Payment for a trial session:
• is not deducted from the cost of a membership or course;
• does not affect the start date of the membership period;
• is not considered a session included in the membership.
5.4. No-Show and Cancellation Policy
Failure to attend a trial session at the scheduled time without at least 24 hours’ prior notice, for any reason not attributable to the studio, shall be considered as full use of the service and shall not entitle the client to a refund, credit, or rescheduling.
Requests to cancel or reschedule a trial session may be considered only if made at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability and at the sole discretion of the studio.
5.5. Continuation of Participation
Following the trial session, the client may decide whether to continue with the program and, if so, arrange a membership or course in accordance with the terms of this policy.

6. Event and Performance Tickets
6.1. Ticket purchases may be cancelled up to 72 hours before the start of the event.
6.2. In case of timely cancellation, a full refund will be issued minus 5% or 100 ILS (whichever is lower), in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.
6.3. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event are non-refundable.

7. Services for Private and Corporate Clients
7.1. Booking of private or corporate events and services requires a deposit of 50% of the total service cost at the time of signing the agreement.
7.2. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 3 days prior to the event.
Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellation up to 14 days before the scheduled event: full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellation between 14 and 7 days before the event: 50% refund of the deposit.
• Cancellation less than 7 days before the event: no refund will be issued.

8. Changes and Postponement of Activities
8.1. NEBO reserves the right to change the date, time, or location of any class, activity, or event.
8.2. In the event of changes, clients will be notified no later than 48 hours before the scheduled activity.
8.3. If the client does not agree to the changes, they are entitled to a full refund.

9. Liability
9.1. NEBO shall not be held responsible for delays or cancellations resulting from force majeure, including but not limited to war, natural disasters, strikes, or similar circumstances.
9.2. Clients agree to follow the rules of conduct and to behave respectfully toward other participants and NEBO staff.

10. Privacy Policy
10.1. NEBO is committed to protecting the confidentiality of clients’ personal information and using it solely for the purpose of providing services.
10.2. Personal information may be shared with third parties only with the client’s consent or as required by law.

11. Contact and Complaints
11.1. Clients may contact NEBO with questions or complaints via the contact form on the website or through the contact details listed therein.
11.2. Complaints will be addressed within up to 14 business days.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
12.1. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel.

13. Photography and Video Recording
13.1. During classes, rehearsals, workshops, events, and performances held by NEBO, video and still photography may take place for documentation, marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes.
13.2. Participation in NEBO activities constitutes general consent to appear in such recordings.
13.3. Any participant who does not wish to be photographed or recorded is requested to inform a member of the NEBO team in advance, and such request will be respected.
