Charter and Terms of Purchase for Customers
1. General Provisions
1.1. This charter governs the relationship between the customer and the company Nebo (hereinafter referred to as “Nebo”) regarding the purchase of courses, masterclasses, event tickets, and corporate or private services.
1.2. The purchase of any product or service implies the customer’s agreement to this charter.
2. Payment Terms
2.1. Payments can be made via the website, bank transfer, or other methods specified by Nebo.
2.2. The customer must provide accurate and up-to-date information when placing an order.
3. Cancellation Policy and Refunds
3.1. Courses and Masterclasses:
• Cancellations are allowed no later than 7 days before the start of the course or masterclass.
• If canceled within the specified period, 100% of the amount will be refunded.
• If canceled less than 7 days but more than 48 hours before the start of the course or masterclass, 50% of the amount will be refunded.
• If canceled less than 48 hours before the start, no refund will be provided.
• After attending the trial class and paying for the full course, cancellations will not be accepted.
3.2. Event Tickets:
• Tickets can be canceled no later than 72 hours before the event.
• If canceled on time, 100% of the ticket price will be refunded, minus 5% or 100₪ (whichever is lower), as stipulated by the Consumer Protection Law.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event.
3.3. Corporate and Private Services:
• Booking a corporate or private event requires a prepayment of 50% of the total service cost.
• The prepayment must be made at the time of signing the service agreement.
• The remaining amount must be paid no later than 3 days before the event.
Cancellation Terms:
• Cancellation of a corporate event is allowed no later than 14 days before the scheduled date, with a full refund of the prepayment.
• If canceled less than 14 days but more than 7 days before the event, 50% of the prepayment will be refunded.
• If canceled less than 7 days before the event, no refund will be provided.
4. Changes and Event Rescheduling
4.1. Nebo reserves the right to change the date, time, or location of the event.
4.2. In case of changes, the customer will be notified no later than 48 hours before the event.
4.3. If the customer does not agree to the changes, they are entitled to a full refund.
5. Liability of the Parties
5.1. Nebo is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, war, strikes, etc.).
5.2. The customer must adhere to the rules of conduct at events and show respect to other participants and staff.
6. Privacy Policy
6.1. Nebo is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of customer data and using it solely for service provision purposes.
6.2. Data may only be shared with third parties with the customer’s consent or in accordance with the law.
7. Contact Information and Complaints
7.1. Customers can submit questions or complaints via the contact form on the website or by calling the number provided.
7.2. Complaints will be reviewed within 14 business days.
8. Miscellaneous Provisions
8.1. Nebo reserves the right to make changes to this charter. Changes take effect upon publication on the website.
8.2. All disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel.
